Our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) service is built on evidence-based practices focused on improving behaviour, communication, and emotional wellbeing. Our qualified behaviour practitioners work closely with participants, families, and support networks to understand triggers, daily challenges, environmental factors, and personal strengths.
We develop tailored strategies and behaviour support plans that focus on building new skills, encouraging positive habits, reducing stress, and increasing independence. This may include emotional regulation techniques, communication methods, sensory-friendly routines, safety planning, and capacity-building activities. The goal is long-term improvement—helping individuals engage more comfortably in daily life while fostering a supportive, respectful environment.
